RENT POLICY

The user’s time will start counting from the moment they take possession of the bicycle until he has returned it to the initial rental location point.

The user accepts that the bicycle is in perfect operating condition when delivered. They agree that they will be held responsible for any damage generated to the bicycle during its use.

The user accepts that any damage or harm caused to the bicycle during its use or while it is in their possession will be covered by themselves. 

The user accepts that any damage or harm generated to the bicycle while it is in their possession will result in extra fees being withdrawn from the security deposit in proportion to the damage caused to the bicycle.

The user acknowledges that using the bicycles on the beaches is prohibited. Any fines in relation to not respecting this clause will be covered by the client.

The user acknowledges that in case of loss of the keys, they will be charged $800 pesos or $40 USD for each set of keys that are not returned with their corresponding bicycle.

The company will take the passport of the reservation holder as a guarantee.

 

TOURS POLICY

They can only ride the bike when over the age of +18 years old
Underaged users must be accompanied by their parents in order to ride.

The user will be offered a 10 minutes of tolerance.

All tours can be changed with 48 hours notice.

You have 24 hours to request a full refund in case you cannot attend in case of any inconvenience or accident.

If a customer doesn't show up for a tour without notice www.coolbikes.mx can claim the full payment.
