From the bustling urban streets of Playa Del Carmen to the hidden trails within the jungle, this 4-hour tour will take you on a journey through the city and its neighborhoods, exploring jungle paths, discovering the local flora and fauna, and diving into the crystal-clear waters of a stunning deep cenote.

We begin our adventure in the heart of Playa del Carmen on Fifth Avenue. Here, we’ll greet you with our all-terrain electric bikes, designed to make this experience fun, comfortable, and most importantly, free from the fatigue of pedaling over more than 30 km of route.

The delivery of the bicycles will be free of charge if it is realized at one of the official Cool Bikes delivery points one day prior the order. In the case that the Customer requires the delivery be done in any other later determined area, that will there will generate an extra fee of $20 USD  In the case that the Customer requires immediate delivery on the same day without the required one day prior notice, that will generate an additional fee of $30 USD
