From the bustling urban streets to the mysterious underground rivers, this tour will take you on a discovery of the city and its neighborhoods, exploring jungle trails, discovering the flora and fauna, and even immersing yourself in the mythical waters of the Mayan underworld, a vast system of caverns and geological formations unique in the world.

We begin our adventure in the heart of Playa del Carmen, right on 5th Avenue. There, we'll welcome you on our all-terrain electric bikes, designed to make this experience fun, comfortable, and, above all, stress-free from pedaling over 22 km.

Our guide will take you to an underground river, where you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in its cool waters. We'll explore the rock formations with lanterns and connect with the tranquil atmosphere that characterizes this special place by holding a small ceremony of reflection and silence.

To conclude, upon our return to the city, you can enjoy a tasting of authentic Mexican food.

El inframundo Maya

Desde las bulliciosas calles urbanas hasta los misteriosos ríos subterráneos, este tour te llevará a descubrir la ciudad y sus barrios, explorar senderos en la selva, conocer la flora y fauna, hasta sumergirte en las míticas aguas del inframundo maya; el gran sistema de cavernas y formaciones geológicas únicas en el mundo. 

 Comenzamos nuestra aventura en el corazón de Playa del Carmen, justo en la 5ta avenida. Ahí te daremos la bienvenida con nuestras bicicletas eléctricas todo terreno, diseñadas para hacer de esta experiencia algo divertido, cómodo y, sobre todo, libre del cansancio de pedalear durante más de 22 km de recorrido.

 Nuestro guía te llevará a un río subterráneo, donde tendrás la oportunidad de sumergirte en sus frescas aguas. Exploraremos las formaciones rocosas con linternas y nos conectaremos con la atmósfera tranquila que caracteriza a este sitio tan especial realizando una pequeña ceremonia de reflexión y silencio.

 Para finalizar en nuestro regreso a la ciudad podrás disfrutar de una degustación de la auténtica comida mexicana.

 Duración del tour 4-5 horas, incluye bicicleta eléctrica, casco, linternas, chaleco salvavidas y comida mexicana a tu gusto.

The delivery of the bicycles will be free of charge if it is realized at one of the official Cool Bikes delivery points one day prior the order. In the case that the Customer requires the delivery be done in any other later determined area, that will there will generate an extra fee of $20 USD  In the case that the Customer requires immediate delivery on the same day without the required one day prior notice, that will generate an additional fee of $30 USD
